- An integrated heat pump heats the product while    simultaneously cooling the condensate chamber.
-This eliminates the water cooling which is   otherwise necessary (water consumption) and   achieves an extremely low energy consumption for   a single-stage vacuum evaporator.
- With larger models, the energy consumption is    roughly 80 W per distillate.
- A sturdy water jet pump (not a double-bowl vacuum   pump) circulates the distallate and ensures a   vacuum of approx. 970 mbar (approx. 30 mbar   residual pressure), thus reducing evaporation   temperature to approx. 30°C
- Control and monitoring equipment to CEI/VDE
standards ensures fully automatic and continuous   operation.

General advantages:

1.   Minimum purity requirements of the product
2.   As a rule, the residues are no particular problem for the heat exchanger
3.  The equipment can also be built (customer-specific) so as to avoid expensive neutralisation
       processes
4.   Boiling temperature of approx. 20-35°C, depending on model and application
5.   Low energy consumption (only approx. 80 W/l) compared to other brands
6.   No emissions into the athmospheret
7.   Customer oriented: Not series production! Specific problems and specific solutions are taken into       account in every case.
8.   State of the art

Specific equipment:

-  Automatic concentrate removal system (concent-
    rate pump)
-  Circulation system using by-pass valves, only in
    combination with concentrate pump
-  For the evaporation of particularly foaming
products, it is possible to install a "distillate trap "
to separate  the distillate cycle   from the  vacuum
    cycle
-  Heating and cooling coils can be dismantled
    without loss of refrigerant
-   Condensators are water cooled, not air cooled
-   Pneumatic and not magnetic valves
-   CFC-free refrigerant instead of R22
-  If available on site: heating and cooling using      warm  water (W/S series - without heat pump) -       see photo alongside. This reduces electricity             consumption to 10 W/l
-  Switching cabinet with synoptic display and/or SPS
    controls
-  Other materials in contact with the product can be
    subblied, as can special coatings
-   The equipment can be individually painted (specify
    RAL-color)

Capacity approx. 1500 l/24 hour. (related to water)
Energy consumption (electricity approx. 25 W/l for
    pumps, valves, electicyl cabinet etc.
Heating by means of 60°C hot water (normally this
heat is reduced in an cooling tower)
Cooling by means of 23°C cold water (cooling tower      water)
